As a Client we shall get you registered in our Prompterra Portal for step-by-step task instructions on safely uploading your Logo, knowledgebase, Url Address, and other services you would like our AI solutions to promote for you. You can access & monitor your Custom Made Coded AI Solution directly in your Portal Page, and interact with your DEMO Bot, before getting it Live on your URL Website. You can access us instantly for priority communication, from your Private Dedicated PrompTerra Customer Dashboard, Use Other listed AI Tools, find exlusive offers and more.

Use Cases

We use a variety of providers with access to AI LLM Models for our services, but our delivery method is unique and custom made to suit your business needs. We cannot give specific details about providers, that information is proprietary and confidential. We program the bots, and have them ready for you to adopt into your site on a Subcription basis. All AI Solutions can be customized with your own Style, Colors, Data, and Brand Philosophy.

Order Cancellation Refund Policy:

A customer may request an order cancellation by opening a Support Ticket on our site by selecting the Other tab, via our Contact Form .

However, once an order is In Progress we cannot guarantee that the order can be stopped. If the order can be stopped a refund will be issued for any undelivered services.

In the case of delivery of AI Solution, no refund will be made. We can however modify/adjust the AI bots content for once & only upon request, within your Customer Portal Page

If our system cancels the order because of technical or delivery issues a refund will be issued for any undelivered services.

You are advised to review the Service Description before placing all orders to familiarize yourself acknoledging the Product Expectations. You may contact us in via our Virtual Office Room anytime or Schedule a Free Discovery Call Appointment , by interacting directly with our Prompterra Voicebot.

Anytime there is a problem with an order please open a Support Ticket and let us know. If we are unable to complete the order we will issue a refund for any undelivered services.

Refunds can not be addressed via a Live chat.
